Knowledge is the most beautiful raw material, the stuff that drives our economy. Felix Dibelka has been interested in how knowledge is used in companies ever since he wrote his dissertation on the management of discontinuity. Knowledge is contextualised data. How knowledge is used in organisations defines processes, innovation and growth. Access to and provision of relevant knowledge is Europe’s competitive advantage. 

Felix’s mission is to support companies in enabling the free flow of relevant knowledge. The ingredients for this are his microlearning expertise and professional content design, which are used in his company NeuKurs. Felix is a lecturer and currently supervises master’s theses.
