Dr Katharina Radermacher is a researcher and lecturer at the Chair of Human Resource Management at Paderborn University. She is particularly interested in gaining a better understanding of the world of work in the context of the backdrop of the current major upheavals. Her research activities therefore focus on the topics workplace design, flexible working practices and employer branding, as well as the interfaces cting these topics. Long before the coronavirus pandemic, she was already focusing on the importance of workplace design. She is passionate about researching which working models ensure long-term employee satisfaction and keep organisations attractive and successful. She is particularly interested in taking a multi-perspective view of workplace design and flexible working practices to understand and better predict how they affect employees and organisations. As a passionate teacher, Katharina Radermacher shares this expertise with students. She also supports companies by workshops and lectures to gain a better understanding of the practices of the new world of work and thus to design HR practices that withstand current developments while contributing to the strategic goals of companies.
