Vaughn Tan
Strategy Professor, Sociologist

Vaughn Tan is author of “The Uncertainty Mindset”. Vaughn  spent over a decade researching the difference between risk and uncertainty. For his book, he spent 10 years analysing the world’s most influential Michelin-star restaurants, including Noma and Fat Duck, to gain even better insights into innovation. Harvard University educated, with a PhD in organisational behavior and sociology, formerly at Google HQ, working on Earth Maps, genomics, structured data & space exploration, Vaughn currently works as the assistant professor of strategy & entrepreneurship at University College London of School Management.
